I'm a Lead Analyst with about ten years across Fractal Analytics and Vistaprint, working on supply, pricing and merchandising. These days I build AI agents and workflows that help analysts move faster.

Financial attribution diagnosis
A platform that explains why revenue and margin moved, using Brinson attribution.

Dashboards
When the numbers move, the first question is always why. This breaks every change into mix (what sold), rate (the prices and margins we got) and selection (how each category performed), so teams go straight from "what happened" to "what do we do about it" without days of manual digging.
Assortment monitoring
A system that watches the product range and flags gaps and drift early.

SQL
Instead of waiting for a periodic review to spot a problem, it keeps comparing the live range against what each category should carry, and raises a flag when products go missing, coverage drifts or items underperform. Assortment health became something teams can watch every day.
AI product-media workflow
An n8n and AI workflow that collects product images from supplier sites on its own.

Automation
The workflow visits supplier pages, finds the right product images, checks them and files them where the catalogue needs them. Deterministic steps do the heavy lifting and AI only handles the judgement calls, so a job that used to take hours of manual work now runs by itself.
Writing songs on instinct and seeing where my songwriting wants to go
No plan, no genre box. I follow whatever idea shows up, writing melody, words and production together in Logic, and treat each song as an exploration rather than something precious.
Learning to mix my own music, one technique at a time
Compression, parallel compression, saturation, reverb sends. I use small side projects as a sandbox, so I can experiment freely and bring what works back to my songs.
Building AI agents and workflows that make analysts faster
Agents that handle the repetitive parts of analysis so people can spend their time thinking. Deterministic where it should be, with AI only where it genuinely helps.
Going deep on what AI and Claude Code make possible
Building real things with AI as a collaborator, including this website, and learning where it changes how I work, think and create, and where it doesn't.

Away from the screen
Things I love.
Photography
A camera makes me slow down and actually look. I shoot the everyday: light through a window, a quiet street at dusk, the people I love. The best frames usually turn up when I stop chasing them.
Printing photos
Most photos live and die in a phone gallery. I print mine so they get a second life on walls, in albums and in people's hands. A print you can hold changes how you remember a moment.
Baking bread
Flour, water, salt and time, plus a lot of failed loaves before the first good one. Bread is the most honest feedback loop I know, and it taught me a patience nothing else did.
Pour-over coffee
I'm learning V60 pour-over with simple gear and a lot of small adjustments to grind, ratio and pour. It's an experiment I get to run every morning, and then drink.
Poetry
Words have pulled at me since I was a kid. I read Ghalib, Mir and Jaun Elia a few lines at a time, and they quietly shape how I write my own songs.
